ROTEC processes
The ROTEC process achieves high cleaning efficiency by means of a rotating swirl process with low pressure.
In ROTEC's vortex blow moulding technique, a special ‘turbine’ makes the blowing material and possibly water rotate. When the mixture of air, water and explosives hits the surface of the the surface of the building material, a tangential abrasion effect.
The functional principle
The blowing jet is converted into rotational energy by means of a special nozzle. When neutral cleaning substrates are added, a vortex of water and finely dispersed blast material is formed. This vortex reaches the surface to be cleaned with a relatively low pressure and pressure, and the dirt is removed very gently.
Typical substrates are natural stone, plaster, brick and concrete.
